AI Leadership Foundations for Executives
Audience: C-suite newcomers, non-technical directors, and senior managers entering enterprise AI councils for the first time.
Duration: Two days in-person at Cecil Street, plus four hours of pre-reading.
Format: Institute seminar with facilitated case studies and executive breakout discussions — no coding exercises.
Indicative fee: S$2,800 per participant (2026 cohort pricing).
This opening module establishes the vocabulary senior leaders need when evaluating AI vendors, reviewing generative AI pilots, and questioning technology teams without drowning in technical jargon. Topics include enterprise AI maturity models, board briefing structures, and the distinction between automation efficiency and strategic AI transformation. Participants map their organisation's current AI posture and identify three executive decisions requiring immediate governance attention. Faculty emphasise responsible AI principles from day one so directors never treat models as infallible oracles.
