Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 June 2026 · Effective from: 30 June 2026
By accessing executiveaiinstitute.pro you agree to these terms with Executive AI Institute Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202947182K). If you disagree, discontinue use. Separate enrolment agreements govern paid institute modules and prevail where they conflict with this website terms document.
"Executive AI Institute" is our registered trade brand for executive education seminars. Use of "Institute" describes our institutional delivery model — it does not imply accreditation as a university, polytechnic, or medical research facility unless explicitly stated in signed programme documentation with a named awarding body. You may not imply official affiliation with our brand without written permission.
Website copy, prospectuses, and classroom materials provide general AI leadership education for senior executives. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. AI tool demonstrations may produce inaccurate outputs. Corporate decisions require independent professional counsel. Our institute programmes develop applied AI leadership competence for top management. Completion certificates document seminar participation unless a lawfully accredited credential is named in writing. We make no promise of promotion, remuneration uplift, board placement, or predetermined career results. Demonstrations of generative AI and enterprise tools may be imperfect — strategic choices remain the responsibility of qualified human judgement.
We do not guarantee promotions, salary increases, board appointments, regulatory approvals, or specific business results from programme attendance. Completion certificates document training participation unless a separately accredited qualification is explicitly identified in writing.
Curriculum materials, logos, and website content are owned by Executive AI Institute Pte. Ltd. or licensors. Enrolled participants receive a limited licence to use handouts for internal business purposes. You may not resell, publicly scrape, or redistribute institute materials without consent.
You may not misuse the website to transmit malware, harvest data, impersonate institute staff, or submit false enrolment information. You may not use contact forms for unsolicited marketing. We may suspend access for violations.
Module fees quoted in SGD are indicative until confirmed on invoice. Payment terms appear on corporate contracts. Cancellation and transfer rules are stated in FAQ and enrolment confirmations. GST applies where required by Singapore law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or programme attendance. Our aggregate liability for proven direct damages is limited to fees you paid for the specific module giving rise to the claim.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these terms, or unauthorised sharing of institute materials.
Links to external sites (PDPC, MAS, tool vendors) are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party privacy practices or content accuracy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
If any clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses continue in effect. These terms together with privacy and cookie policies constitute the website agreement.

Participants must conduct themselves professionally in institute seminars. Harassment, unauthorised recording of peers, or sharing confidential case materials outside the classroom may result in removal without refund. Mobile devices may be restricted during assessed capstone presentations at faculty discretion.
We may reschedule modules due to venue unavailability, public health directives, or facilitator emergency. Affected participants receive priority transfer to the next 2026 cohort or fee credit. We are not liable for travel costs incurred by participants when sessions reschedule.
We aim for continuous website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may occur without notice. Programme information on the website is indicative; confirmed details appear on enrolment contracts and invoice documentation.
We comply with Singapore anti-bribery laws. Facilitators and staff must not solicit improper payments from participants or corporate sponsors. Report concerns to [email protected].
You may not assign your website account or enrolment contract without our written consent. We may assign contracts to a successor entity in a corporate reorganisation with notice to enrolled participants.
Failure to enforce any term does not waive future enforcement. Rights and remedies are cumulative where permitted by law.
These terms are written in English (Singapore). Translated summaries, if provided for convenience, do not override the English version in case of discrepancy.
Participants agree not to attribute peer statements to named individuals outside the institute seminar without permission. Case studies use synthetic or public-domain scenarios unless corporate in-house programmes operate under separate confidentiality agreements signed before delivery.
Employers may verify certificate authenticity by contacting [email protected] with the certificate number and participant name. We confirm attendance dates and module titles only — not subjective performance rankings or guaranteed competency assessments beyond stated module outcomes.
Singapore GST applies where required. Corporate clients provide billing entities and purchase order numbers before invoice issuance. Disputed invoices must be raised within fourteen days of receipt with supporting documentation.
Clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of website use or programme completion.
Where website terms conflict with a signed corporate institute contract or individual enrolment form, the signed document prevails for fee, cancellation, and delivery matters. Website terms govern casual browsing and unsolicited enquiries.
Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that AI tool demonstrations will match your production environment or that curriculum examples cover every sector-specific regulation applicable to your organisation.
You may not use our logos, curriculum excerpts, or certificate templates to imply university accreditation, medical endorsement, or government certification. Misuse may result in legal action and reporting to relevant advertising standards bodies in Singapore.
Testimonials published with permission reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes. We do not offer incentives conditioned on positive public reviews. Corporate clients providing logos for reference lists may withdraw permission in writing.
You consent to receive enrolment confirmations and schedule changes electronically at the email address provided. Physical post is available for corporate contracts upon request and may incur administrative fees stated on the invoice.
Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days before commencing litigation. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or confidentiality breaches related to institute materials.
Formal notices to Executive AI Institute Pte. Ltd. should be sent to 20 Cecil Street, #16-05 PLUS, Singapore 049705 or [email protected] with "Legal notice" in the subject line. Notices to participants use the email address last provided in enrolment records unless you update contact details through the enrolment desk.
